Role overview
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru South. You will oversee construction projects, coordinate with architects, clients and contractors, manage resources and help ensure projects are executed on time and within budget. You will take an active part in project planning and work collaboratively with every stakeholder.
What you’ll do
- Supervise on-site activities and day-to-day execution
- Coordinate with architects, clients and contractors
- Manage resources and support execution on time and within budget
- Ensure work follows quality and safety standards
- Track project progress and prepare technical reports
- Troubleshoot construction issues as they arise
- Take an active part in project planning
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering, including structural analysis, construction methods and materials
- Proficiency with project-management tools, resource planning and scheduling techniques
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, safety management and solving construction challenges
- Competency in AutoCAD, MS Project and other construction-management tools
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation
- Clear communication and collaboration with architects, contractors and clients
Nice to have
- Prior construction-industry experience, especially on residential or commercial projects
- Additional certifications in project management
