Information we receive

We receive only what you choose to submit through this website:

• Project enquiries — your name, contact details, country and city, project type, service interest, company name where relevant, and your message.
• Newsletter subscriptions — your email address, optional name, and a record of your consent (the wording you agreed to, its version and the time).
• Vendor and partner registrations — business name, contact person, email, phone, vendor type, trade categories, location, service areas, capability description and, if you provide them, website, years of experience and a business/tax registration reference, together with a record of your consent. We do not ask for bank details or identity documents.

Website administrators may also upload content and media through the secure administration portal.

How we use information

• Enquiry information is used to understand your request, respond to you and manage follow-up.
• Newsletter information is used only to send Kattu newsletter emails after you confirm your address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email or by writing to us; we then stop sending newsletters to that address.
• Vendor registration information is used to review your capabilities and contact you about relevant vendor or partner opportunities. Registration does not guarantee approval, empanelment or work.

These purposes are kept separate. Submitting an enquiry or a vendor registration does not subscribe you to the newsletter, and newsletter consent does not cover vendor communications. We do not use submitted information to create public website content, and we do not sell it.

Technical information

Our website hosting, database and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, device or browser details, request times and error logs to deliver and protect the website.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in our secured website database, operated by our hosting and database service provider. When email delivery is enabled, a transactional email service provider processes the email address and message content needed to send confirmations, acknowledgements and newsletter emails. Access to enquiries, subscribers, vendor records and administration tools is restricted to authorised administrators. We retain information only as needed for the purpose it was collected, legitimate operational needs and applicable legal requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
